Northumberland CFDC administers a local investment fund to help finance new or existing small businesses for start-up, expansion or stabilization plans that help maintain or create jobs.

Our loans are designed to help you establish, expand, relocate or buy a business in the local community. Applying is easy and our loans are flexible and affordable.

• Affordable Interest Rates
• Financing decisions made at a community level by our local Board of Directors
